This Privacy Policy describes how Coral Depths (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the App on Android (including builds distributed via Google Play).
Coral Depths is a free, offline entertainment application with underwater mini-games that use virtual pearls only. The App is not a real-money gambling service.
This policy applies to users of the Coral Depths mobile application. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not install or use the App.
The App may store the following locally on your device (for example via WebView storage such as localStorage / sessionStorage or similar on-device storage):

The App is not designed to collect or transmit to us:
We do not operate user accounts inside the App.
If you download the App from Google Play, Google may process information under Google’s own privacy policy (for example download history, device model, crash reports you choose to send to Google, and Play install metadata). That processing is controlled by Google, not by the App’s local storage.
The App may declare network-related permissions because the embedded WebView / Capacitor shell can use a local app environment. Core gameplay is intended to work offline after installation. The App is not designed to require a user login server or cloud game account.
If a future update introduces online features, analytics, or ads, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features ship.
On-device data is used only to run entertainment mini-games (Reef Reels, Nautilus Wheel, Bubble Scoop, and related screens), save virtual pearl balance and Tide Chest progress, remember audio preferences, improve session continuity after your first interaction, and present first-run onboarding once.
We do not use App data to offer real-money gambling, process real-money deposits, or pay cash prizes.
If you are in a region that requires a legal basis for processing (for example the EEA/UK), our processing of on-device App preferences and progress is based on performance of a contract / service delivery, legitimate interests in remembering settings and progress on-device, and/or consent where required by local law for optional features (if any are introduced later).
Because core progress data remains on your device and is not sent to our servers as part of the App’s offline design, many controller-to-server processing activities simply do not occur.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share on-device game progress with advertisers as part of the App’s offline entertainment design.
We may disclose information only if required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues. Google Play and Android OS may process data under their own policies when you use their services.
The App is a general-audience entertainment product with simulated casino-style themes using virtual pearls only. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where age restrictions apply for simulated gambling-style content in your region, you must meet the legal age requirement or use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
On-device App data remains until you clear App storage, uninstall the App, or the OS deletes the data. We do not operate a cloud profile retention schedule for Coral Depths gameplay because core progress is not designed to be uploaded to our servers. If you contact us by email, we may retain correspondence as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business or legal records.
We use reasonable technical measures appropriate to an offline mobile entertainment app (including OS app sandboxing). No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for controlling physical access to your device and for keeping your device software updated.
You can clear the App’s storage in Android settings, uninstall the App, adjust device permissions, and limit optional platform features (such as Google diagnostics) in your device / Google account settings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because Coral Depths’ core gameplay data is stored on your device, the most direct way to delete that data is to clear App storage or uninstall.
The App may be available in multiple regions via Google Play. Platform processing by Google may involve international transfers under Google’s terms. On-device App data remains on your device unless you back up or transfer the device using your own tools or platform backup features.
Coral Depths uses virtual pearls for entertainment only. There is no real-money wallet, no cash-out, and no collection of financial account data for gambling. Do not treat in-app results as financial activity.
If the App or store listing links to third-party websites (for example this Privacy Policy hosted externally, or Google Play pages), those third parties have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where local law requires additional notice or consent.
